Through its relationships in town, Maven Commercial Real Estate became aware that Decksource had outgrown its industrial condo unit in the south end of Barrie. To continue to run their business effectively and to scale, the client desperately needed a larger building. They engaged our services to guide them through the steps to achieve their goal of finding 7,000-10,000 SF to all growth room for their business. Through one year of thorough searching, it became clear that the right fit was only going to come through building a custom building to accommodate the business’s operational needs.
