This Privacy Policy describes how Maven Commercial Real Estate Brokerage (“Maven”,  “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in  accordance with Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information  Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and applicable Ontario laws and  regulations governing commercial activities. 

This policy applies to personal information collected through our website, electronic  communications, brokerage platforms, in-person interactions, and business transactions  conducted in Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

Maven Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is accountable for all personal information  under its control. We have designated a Privacy Officer responsible for ensuring  compliance with this policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Individuals have the right to request access to their personal information and request  corrections to inaccuracies, subject to legal exceptions. 

Requests may be made in writing to the Privacy Officer.

Privacy-related complaints or concerns should be directed to our Privacy Officer.  Complaints will be investigated promptly and fairly. 

Individuals may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the  Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario where applicable.
