Stephanie was born and raised on a Dairy/Chicken farm in Cookstown and sat…

with interest learning the concept of payback period at the kitchen table when her folks were talking about what crops and livestock to invest in. When most girls at 17 were reading Seventeen magazine, Stephanie subscribed to her own monthly stream of Forbes magazine! Investing in rental property began for her at age 20 and she and her husband bought their first industrial property she was 25, so after that, it was pretty clear that God planted within her an innate love of big business and high finance which has since led to serving the business community with their real estate needs! Stephanie and her husband, with their 2 children call Barrie their launching pad where they also enjoy a large family circle that has been in the Simcoe County community for over 7 generations.

Stephanie holds 3 prestigious designations, CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member, SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which means she has been proven and tested by way of education and volume of sales that she specializes in Investment Analysis and Asset management, the stuff that Pension Funds and Trust companies do, to determine how to best position commercial real estate holdings through real estate cycles to maximize profits. Stephanie is also a certified Family Enterprise Advisor which means she can guide your investment decisions to put the security of your family assets at the forefront.

He invests deeply in the whole person—supporting each team member’s professional and personal growth—and is continually present in the community, strengthening relationships with clients and offering thoughtful business insight to both business and community leaders. Family is central to who Blair is, shaping his leadership and grounding his approach to business and life. Beyond his corporate work, he is actively involved in leadership roles across various Christian ministries in the community, reflecting his commitment to service, integrity, and meaningful impact.

Her practical, solutions-focused approach helps support both internal teams and clients, contributing to a professional, organized, and positive workplace environment. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, and can often be found on or near the water.

With her CCIM designation, she’s got the knowledge, tools, and experience to help bring your investment and leasing goals to life. Chelsea uses her unique skill set and a whole lot of determination to get clients in front of great opportunities. She tackles every task with care and attention to detail, making sure your business and investments are well protected.

When she’s not strengthening client relationships, Chelsea can be found building her own strength at CrossFit Barrie or enjoying quality time with her family.

Raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Doug spent many years in the Greater Toronto Area before recently returning to the 705, where he and his partner Andrea have settled into their recently completed lakefront home in the Parry Sound Area, a full circle return that reinforces his strong desire to support businesses, investors, and property owners across Central and Northern Ontario.

Taylor Matson

Taylor has a unique academic background, having completed her Bachelor of Arts with…

a specialization in Criminology and subsequently obtaining her Paralegal license. Previously employed as a Real Estate Law Clerk here in Barrie, she found her passion within in the world of real estate and began her journey in the CRE realm with Maven as Transaction Coordinator. Taylor assists the sales team with each new listing and transaction, helping ensure a positive takeaway for our clients. With family roots in Chatham-Kent, Taylor is relatively new to the area but has proudly called Simcoe County “home” since 2019 with her husband and their rescue dog. Outside of work, Taylor can be found exploring the area’s plethora of hiking trails, waterfronts, and restaurants.
